Drive Shack Raleigh is here and opening this week!
If you are like me and my family and other Raleigh residents, then you have been waiting nearly a year for this state-of-the-art establishment to open to the community. I drive (get it) on Corporate Center Drive what seems like a dozen times a day (sometimes I do), so I have seen the progress of construction from the very beginning. A couple of weeks ago, I took a sneak peak tour with my family (see my slideshow below) and I have to say, it was worth the wait!
In case you have been living under a rock, Drive Shack is a 65,000 interactive driving range and entertainment venue for adults, but it is also very family-friendly. Raleigh is the newest location of four (Orlando, Richmond & West Palm Beach are the other locations) and our city was chosen as the newest site based on our growth. And as long as we are growing, we should enjoy all that the city's growth brings. This is the perfect space for a night out, kid & adult birthday parties, company events or a fun weekend afternoon with friends and family.

While I don't yet know if I will visit this coming weekend for their Grand Opening, I am really hoping to take my husband next week for his 35th birthday (shhhhh!). I am looking forward to hitting some golf balls, trying the food and enjoying the summer breeze on that rooftop deck.
