My own fitness journey started 15 years ago. During my postpartum journey, I chose intentional, slow movement with walking and jogging. I then started a running routine, which did wonders for my body and my mental health. After running a few 5k races, I started attending Zumba classes in 2014. Not only did I find the 'fun in fitness', but I also connected with other women and moms who kept me encouraged. The classes motivated me so much that I became a Zumba instructor just one short year later, embracing my inner Fitness Momshell! My fitness journey has been life-changing and filled with highs and lows, but it has also given me a chance to help more women in another wonderful way.
In 2023, I became a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional, transitioning to whole-body care that includes physical, mental and spiritual support. I offer customized wellness and nutrition plans to new mothers developed specifically to help them heal and recover from birth as well as balance their hormones for physical and mental harmony during the postpartum period.
