Little Known Truths About Perimenopause & Menopause There is so much about this stage of life that women are simply not taught. Let’s bring a few important truths into the light: 1. Perimenopause Can Start Earlier Than You Think Many women believe menopause begins in their 50s, but perimenopause can begin as early as the late 30s or early 40s, sometimes even sooner. 2.
